Reggae Steady Go

Welcome to Reggae-Artists

I have blogged and I have blogged but never with joy and never with passion. In creating reggae-artists I hope to share with you all the joy of reggae music and the lyrics behind the melodies that you all know so well.

I hope you find the time to relax, look around a little, to learn somthing and most importantly to have some fun. We might feature your favourite tune or your favourite reggae artists, you might come across some that you never knew existed! All we ask is that you enjoy reggae-artists.com and keep coming back for more.

Look for the positive message that so many reggae artists try to spread. We will start with the great Robert Nesta Marley….or Bob to you and I! Positive Vibration…..

If you get down and you quarrel everyday,

You’re just saying your prayers to the devil, I say.

Why not help one another on the way?

Make it much easier. (Just a little bit easier)

We will be open to any suggestions or improvements you feel we could make so please do contact us.

…and don’t forget to check out our growing list of Reggae Artists!

Awesome man, I am a fan of all sorts of music and Raggae has a hand in almost all genres of music we listen too in our modern lives.

Between Reggae and Ska I think we can safely say that we hear a beat that makes us want to bop up and down every day.

As for my knowledge of the subject. I know a little about where it started and how it grew from ska but really need to take the time to read and follow your history lessons.

    Thanks,

    Forest.

I’m HUGE music fan and my interests span several genres, but I have to admit I’m that I’m not too knowledgable when it comes to Reggae. That being said, there have been many Reggae songs in the past that have caught my attention in a positive way (either at a club or on the radio) — even aside from the one and only Bob Marley. I’m looking forward to checking out some new music and possibly even expanding my “favorite artist” list! You never know!

@ Forest: Appreciate the words. Enjoy the history lessons. I think most people who think reggae think immediately of Bob Marley but there is so much more to it than that. I look forward to having you around on this site. Thanks man.

@ Green: One of the great things I love about the majority of reggae music is the positive message that you will find through the lyrics. Expanding your knowledge of anything is never a bad thing and I aim to please on this front! Thanks for the comments
